Health care reform will be a hot topic outside the State Capitol Monday afternoon.

Two separate rallies, with two very different opinions will make their case for and against the federal health care reform package passed by Congress last week.

First up will be the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus, which will hold a news conference on the steps of the capitol at 11:30 a.m.

According to the LLBC, the group will discuss plans to support health care reform by "opposing all state legislation which seeks to deny our citizens participation in this Federal Health Care Reform."

30 minutes later, at noon, the Baton Rouge Tea Party will also take to the capitol steps to support efforts to block health care legislation, specifically Senate Bill 26 from Senator A.G. Crowe (R) of Slidell, that would seek to block the health care law in Louisiana.
