BATON ROUGE – Authorities have arrested a 19-year-old Hammond man as part of an undercover child porn investigation.

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sean Joseph Decelle during a joint investigation with the state Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit.

Decelle was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish prison without incident.

If convicted, Decelle could face up to ten years in prison and have to register as a sex offender.
