A man says he wants his potbellied pig back after it was scooped up by police and put out to pasture at a farm because residents in Folsom, Pennsylvania aren't supposed to have farm animals inside the township. Brian Maguire says the ten-week old pig named Steve is a domesticated pet that can't forage for food. He and his girlfriend challenged the township rule that bans "farm animals other than customary pets". Maguire says he bought the pig for $424 at a local pet shop. City Hall won't comment on the case.
