Gymnasts take over Baton Rouge this weekend
BATON ROUGE – Gymnasts took over the city Friday as the annual Purple and Gold Invitational gets underway.
Gymnastics teams from across the Gulf Coast are competing at the PMAC and an off-site hotel through Sunday. Almost 300 gymnasts are competing.
The event ends Sunday as LSU's Tiger Gymnasts face the Florida Gators in a Top Ten gymnastics shootout.
