Gun maker urges boycott of Neeson films
WASHINGTON- Actor Liam Neeson is the target of a boycott by gun maker Para USA after he slammed U.S. gun policy during a press tour of his latest movie.
Neeson says its a disgrace that so many people in the U.S. own guns Para USA called for a boycott of all movies he stars in.
Now, Para says it regrets providing firearms for the "Taken 3", the action block-buster Neeson is starring in. The company says it will not provide any ore guns for Neeson's future roles.
Para says Neeson's comments "reflect a cultural and factual ignorance that undermines support of the Second Amendment and American liberties."
