Guilty Plea for trying to sell arms to South Korea
A man in Miami pleaded guilty to federal charges of trying to broker deals for Russian military and rocket technology for South Korea. Juhwan Yun is Korean-American and admitted he tried to help South Korea obtain a rocket propulsion system, a jet fighter and parts and components for a Russian-made cannon. Yun made the plea as his trial started. He previously served time in federal prison for trying to supply Iran with sarin nerve gas bombs that were never delivered.
