A group of doctors and volunteers returned to Louisiana after treating hundreds of patients at an orphanage near Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.
On average they treated 100 people a day with injuries, infections, and malnutrition.
The Baton Rouge Neuromedical Center Surgical Hospital donated $5,000 in medical supplies for the trip.
Dr. Martin Langston encourages others to to get involved, and he plans to return to Haiti.
