Greater Baton Rouge State Fair cancelled due to weather

The Greater Baton Rouge State Fair will not be open tonight due to inclement weather, according to J.H. Martin with The Baton Rouge Fair Foundation. 

The fair will re-open on Saturday at 1 p.m. as scheduled.

    Hey i just saw where the fair was canceled last night.  Will it be open tonight.  I know After8 Band will be playing there at 3:30 this evening and that is what i was wandering about if the weather is going to be okay then for them to play there.  The cost to get in is $5.00?  If i can come up with $10.00 for me and my son to get in we will be there.  Just short on cash right now.  I just retired Thursday and paycheck want be here until Friday.  So i will see what i can do.  After8 is really my favorite band and i go see all there shows.
