BATON ROUGE- A grand jury has indicted a Metairie man in a Jan. 31 hit-and-run crash in Baton Rouge that killed a Hammond woman who was checking on a motorist involved in a separate accident.

Thirty-four-year-old Christian Cvitanovich faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
