BATON ROUGE- Governor Bobby Jindal returned to Louisiana Wednesday night, after more campaigning for Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney.
Jindal was in Ohio.
"It is so important that we elect Mitt Romney, as our next president of the United States ... also important we take the Senate back," Governor Jindal told Romney supporters.
Jindal didn't acknowledge a News2 photographer who was getting video of him as he returned Wednesday evening.
Reports suggest Jindal is on a list of at least three other top Republicans to be Romney's VP.
The Governor's office refuses to comment on any type of VP search.
Political analyst Bob Mann questions if Jindal has what it takes, but points out positives.
"He's young, he's attractive, he's interesting in a way, he brings a minority diversity to the ticket, so I think that's probably attracting some people to him," said Mann.
A decision by Romney on VP could come this week.
News organizations suggest Ohio Congressman Rob Portman and Tim Pawlenty, former governor of Minnesota.
