GONZALES - Gov. Jindal's office announced he scheduled an economic development announcement this afternoon in Gonzales.

The office would not comment on what the announcement would entail, but it's happening at Hebert Steel on Highway 74 in Gonzales.

The announcement is scheduled to take place at 1:50 p.m.
