Gov. Jindal speaks tonight at CPAC
BATON ROUGE - The Conservative Political Action Conference begins today in Washington, D.C. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is a featured speaker on the first day of the weekend-long event.
Jindal has spoken at the event in the past. The Straw Poll at CPAC is often an indicator of potential success at being named the Republican Presidential nominee.
This year's CPAC features a long list of potential candidates including New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former Florida governor Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, Dr. Ben Carson and Sen. Marco Rubio. Gov. Jindal has not confirmed if he'll run in 2016, but is expected to announce his intentions soon.
His speech is at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
