Gov. Jindal sends Saints flag to Indiana governor
Gov. Bobby Jindal mailed a New Orleans Saints flag to Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels on Wednesday as part of a friendly wager between the two governors.
The governor from the state of the losing Super Bowl team agreed to fly the opposing team's flag over the capitol building.
Jindal also enclosed a letter to Daniels, saying, "Congratulations on the Indianapolis Colts’ journey to Super Bowl XLIV – it was an outstanding game where both the Saints and the Colts played remarkably well.
"Enclosed is a New Orleans Saints flag that you can fly wherever you decide around the Indiana Capitol as promised in our friendly wager. We look forward to seeing a photo of where you decide to fly it so we can share it with the Who Dat Nation back here in Louisiana."
Jindal wrapped up the letter with: "P.S.- Geaux Saints."
