Gonzales PD investigates vending machine break-ins
GONZALES - Police asked for help identifying two men accused of breaking into vending machines at a local hotel earlier this month.
According to Gonzales PD two unknown males entered a hotel in Gonzales on July 1 and broke into several vending machines on different floors. The man pictured without a hat hid a pry bar under his shirt and broke into the machines while the man in the yellow shirt acted as a lookout, according to investigators.
Police said the men only made off with four quarters because the machines had been recently emptied, but the duo caused over $700 in damage in the process.
Anyone who recognizes the men is urged to contact the Gonzales Police Department at 225-647-9572.
