BATON ROUGE - A stretch of downtown street may be part of a national statistic dealing with sunlight exposure and driving.
Glare is causing issues for drivers at this time of year. Thirty-eight percent of crashes in 2012 were blamed on the issue when the drivers were 45-years-old or older.
In downtown, the intersection of South at Highland can be tricky. The sun reflects of a building causing a glare.
The sun will be an issue until daylight saving time ends in November.
