Funeral for Hokie Gajan on Friday
MADISONVILLE- Funeral arrangements for the longtime New Orleans Saints broadcaster, Hokie Gajan, will be held Friday.
Visitation starts at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Anselm Catholic Church at 306 St. Mary Street in Madisonville.
Eulogies will be at 2:30 p.m. and the funeral mass will begin at 3 p.m.
Gajan died on Monday night at 56-years-old. He was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in November called liposarcoma. Gajan was placed on intensive care as his condition deteriorated.
Gajan was a former New Orleans Saint and LSU running back. He was drafted by the Saints in 1981 in the 10th round and played in the NFL for 5 seasons.
