Funeral services will be held Friday for a Concordia Parish sheriff's deputy who was killed in a traffic
accident.

John T. Mott Jr. of Ferriday died in the crash Sunday on La. Highway 568.

Mott's funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Fishnet Worship Center, 4401 La. Highway 34 in West
Monroe.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Worship Center.

Joseph L. Drummer of Clayton was booked with vehicular homicide, third-offense DWI, improper left
turn, driving under suspension, open container violation and possession of marijuana in connection with the deadly accident.
