A man who violated parole on murder escape charges called the wrong people for roadside assistance when he ran out of gas in rural Wyoming. Richard Vincent of Oregon was wanted in Georgia. He called the Uinta County Sheriff's Office for help and it sent Wyoming State Troopers to help but they put the cuffs on him when they found he had an outstanding warrant from Atlanta. Vincent is being held for authorities in Georgia pending his extradition.
