A fugitive wanted for violating his parole has been arrested in Baton Rouge.
Investigators with the Louisiana Attorney General's Fugitive Apprehension Unit (FAU) arrested Zebbie Berthelot Wednesday September 8.
Berthelot was convicted in 1995 of manslaughter as a result of his involvement with the 1992 murder of LSU student Kip Gullet. He was paroled in 2002.
