BATON ROUGE - Tonight marks the return of WBRZ's "Friday at the Box" with LSU's season opener against Maryland.

The Tigers host the Terrapins at Alex Box Stadium to kick off the 2013 baseball season starting at 7 p.m.

LSU is ranked No. 3 in the USA Today preseason poll, and the Tigers are No. 4 in the Collegiate Baseball newspaper preseason poll. The preseason ranking is LSU's highest since 2010, when the Tigers began the year at No. 2.
