It is a very warm and muggy start to the day across the Baton Rouge area. We have mostly cloudy skies along with patchy fog. Temperatures are in the upper 60s.
The fog will dissipate by 10 AM, and then we will be left with a mix of sun and clouds during the afternoon. There is a slight chance of a spotty shower late in the afternoon with the daytime heating and very humid conditions in place. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s.
Any rain will dissipate after sunset, and then we will have partly cloudy skies. Patchy fog will be possible as well. It will be warm and muggy with lows in the upper 60s.
