Flooding threat, rain linger through Thursday
BATON ROUGE- A flash flood watch continues through Thursday night for much of the Capital City region.
After nearly a day of rain, the skies dried. But, it will return overnight into early Thursday morning.
Experts at WBRZ Weather 2 said to expect early thunderstorms and an additional inch to an inch-and-a-half of rain.
Because of rising water, waterways in Ascension and Livingston Parishes are off limits to recreational boaters.
