Five wanted for skipping court date in Ascension Parish

GONZALES – Deputies in Ascension Parish say they are looking for five individuals who failed to appear in court after being arrested on criminal charges.

Major Kevin Hanna said the efforts are part of the ongoing initiative “Operation No Show” that targets individuals that bonded out of jail but do not show up for their court date. After an individual fails to appear, a bench warrant is issued for their arrest.

Matthew Collins, 37, of 2321 Ellis Merchant Road, Moss Point, Mississippi, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for possession of alcohol in vehicle, possession of CDS I, improper brake lights, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathaniel Hill, 21, of 18261 Muddy Creek Road, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for illegal possession of stolen things and felony theft.

Daniel Williams, 40, of 18332 Eldon Street, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for possession of CDS IV, resisting an officer, and possession of marijuana.

Robert Duncan, 32, of 17538 Joe Sevario Road, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for aggravated domestic abuse assault and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Charles Babylon, 60, of 18681 Blythe Road, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for unauthorized use of a movable.
