BATON ROUGE – Traffic officials said drivers traveling on I-10 East from Lafayette should expect heavy delays Wednesday morning.
The Department of Transportation and Developement closed I-10 East at LA 3000 near Ramah due to a vehicle fire. It reopened within 15 minutes, but traffic was already backed up three miles.
