LEXINGTON, NEBRASKA- A brazen thief put gas in a riding lawn mower at a Wal-Mart, hopped on and drove off with it.
Deputies found the man driving the mower Wednesday about 10 miles from the store where it was taken over the weekend. Gursham Gillett was charged with shoplifting and criminal mischief.
Security video shows a man coming into the store, fueling up the mower, cutting a chain link fence where the mower was stored and driving off. The video also shows the man cutting another fence on the nearby interstate before driving the mower out of the camera's view.
