BATON ROUGE- A number of decisions were made by very few people Saturday.
Among the items voters had to weigh were taxes to fund a mosquito abatement program in Livingston Parish, an open congressional seat, a new parish president position and a host of local items from judgeships to taxes.
The official turnout numbers will be released as early as Sunday, but they are expected to be very weak.
