A reward has doubled as a family in Tangipahoa Parish seeks information on a deadly hit-and-run.
Investigators say the hit-and-run may have been an accident, but the driver could have some answers for Jamins Robinson’s relatives. The reward for that information is $2,000.
Robinson was alone on Kemp Street one night last month when someone or something hit him. He was just three houses away from his home.
After he was found, doctors said Robinson was still alive but wouldn't recover. He died two days later.
Anyone with information on Robinson’s death is asked to call the Independence Police Department at 985-878-4188.
