PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA- Facebook's autoplay video feature is blamed for increasing data plan bills over the limit.
The consumer finance website, Moneysavingexpert.com, flagged the issue.
Now, smartphone users are advised to change the default setting in the Facebook App to stop the streaming video function.
