Face transplant patient marries
FORT WORTH, TEXAS- A man who became the nation's first to have a full-face transplant married another burn victim he met at a support group. Dallas Wiens and Jaime Nash were married at the same church in Fort Worth where he was critically hurt. Wiens was burned while painting the church in 2008 when he touched a power line. He had facial injuries and was blinded and had a full facial transplant in 2011. His bride was burned on her hands and back in a traffic crash three-years ago.
