Four current or former New Orleans police officers will be arraigned on federal charges in the shooting and burning of a man after Hurricane Katrina.
A grand jury indicted former Lt. Robert Italiano, Lt. Dwayne Scheuermann, Lt. Travis McCabe and Officer Gregory McRae last week on charges that include obstruction of justice.
Former officer David Warren was arrested, remains in custody and is scheduled for a detention hearing today.
Warren allegedly shot and killed Henry Glover, who was driven to a school that police were using as a temporary headquarters after the 2005 storm.
One of the men who drove Glover there said a police officer drove off with his car.
Glover's burned remains later were recovered from the charred car.
