A former bodyguard for Justine Bieber sued the singer claiming he was assaulted by him and wasn't paid what he was owed. Moshe Benabou claims Bieber failed to properly pay him overtime totaling $420,000. He also says Bieber berated him and then punched him in the chest. Benabou says he walked away after that incident but was promptly fired. Benabou claims he was mistakenly told he couldn't collect for overtime. He worked for Bieber from March 2011 to October 2012.
