Evacuations ordered after school receives threat
NATCHITOCHES- Classes have been canceled at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches after a high school on campus received a bomb threat Monday.
Shortly before noon, university police evacuated a number of buildings on campus, and at least one campus entrance was closed.
No word on the details of the alleged threat.
Northwestern State has about 4,500 students.
The high school serves 301 students in grades 10, 11 and 12.
