Evacuation order lifted after hazardous material leak
BATON ROUGE- The evacuation order has been lifted for businesses along South Choctaw Drive.
Officials were advising people to avoid South Choctaw from Flannery to Sherwood after a petroleum product leaked out of a high pressure line. About a dozen businesses were evacuated.
South Choctaw has also been reopened to traffic.
