Ethel woman accused of fourth DWI
ZACHARY - Authorities charged an East Feliciana Parish woman with her fourth DWI after a traffic stop early Sunday morning.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Zachary Police stopped 31-year-old Rachael Hobgood after she was seen drifting across the double yellow line.
The arresting officer said he could smell alcohol when he walked up to her vehicle. Hobgood refused to take a field sobriety test and refused a chemical test when she was taken to the police station.
Hobgood was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of fourth offense driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage and refusal to submit to a chemical test. She was given a $25,500 bond.
