English resurrect German bomber
LONDON- The English Channel yielded a rare find from World War II, what could be the last intact Dornier Do 17 German bomber. It was shot down off the coast of Kent County in southeastern England more than 70 years ago during the Battle of Britain. It was discovered by divers in 2008 in about 50 feet of water and the RAF Museum has been trying to raise it, since. It was raised on Monday and is being towed to port.
