Louis C.K. and Ricky Gervais are among the stars that'll be handing out the prime-time Emmy Awards. The broadcast is live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. on September 23 with Jimmy Kimmel as the host. Other presenters include Ginnifer Goodwin, star of ABC's "Once Upon a Time" and Mindy Kaling, star and creator of the upcoming Fox comedy "The Mindy Project." Jim Parsons and Amy Poehler will be there too.
