East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Detectives are looking for a woman, accused of identity theft.
Detectives say the victim received a notice from Telecheck, advising her that she had written a check to Wal-Mart on N. Mall Drive in Baton Rouge in the amount of $199.35.
The check was drawn from an account with a Baton Rouge credit union and returned due to insufficient funds.
The victim said she does not have an account with any financial institution in Baton Rouge, nor has she ever been to Baton Rouge.
Anyone with information concerning this incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.
