BATON ROUGE - Deputies have arrested a man suspected of robbing a Capital One Bank on Bluebonnet Boulevard back in November.

29-year-old Timothy Pugh was located by EBRSO detectives in Zachary and taken into custody without incident.

Deputies believe he is the man that walked into the bank on the morning of Nov. 17, brandishing a semi-automatic pistol and demanding money from the teller.

Investigators say Pugh fired one round before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of money.

Pugh is charged with armed robbery, illegal use of a weapon and aggravated criminal damage to property.
