EBRSO: Attempted suicide after murder on North Flannery Road
BATON ROUGE - Deputies say one person is dead and another in critical condition after a murder and attempted suicide Wednesday morning.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office confirmed that 56-year-old Damon Dixon was killed inside his home in the 5200 block of North Flannery Road Wednesday morning. At a second nearby location on Trendale Drive, deputies say another man, 28-year-old Gary Graves attempted to kill himself.
EMS transported Graves from the scene and he is in critical condition.
According to EBRSO, both cases are likely connected but did not release any further details at this time.
