BATON ROUGE- Talks started Thursday night about a new superintendent for the East Baton Rouge School System.

John Dilworth says he won't be coming back when his contract runs out next year. Board members talked about how to move on, including searching nationally and in-house.

The board will continue the conversation at its regular monthly meeting in two weeks.
