EBR Mayor to kick off Lt. Governor's run
BATON ROUGE - A campaign spokesperson for Mayor-President Kip Holden said he will officially announce his candidacy for lieutenant governor later this week.
The spokesperson released a schedule for a campaign announcement this Wednesday, Dec. 10, at the Drusilla Place ballroom.
Holden confirmed his plans to run in 2015 earlier this year, saying in August that he wanted to wait until after the Novemember election cycle was over before officially starting his campaign.
