EBR Mayor-President Holden talks third term and future after office
Inaugural activities will be held today in Baton Rouge for East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Kip Holden. Holden was sworn into office for a third term just minutes after the start of the new year. He sat down with News 2's John Pastorek to talk about his agenda in office the next four years and what he plans to do after his term is up.
