Many storm drains in East Baton Rouge Parish are filling with water from recent rain.
With more wet weather in the forecast, News 2 is taking a closer look at the drainage portion of Mayor-President Kip Holden's bond proposal, getting answers on how the $179 million will be spent if approved by voters.
The election is scheduled for November 14, but several Metro Council members are trying to delay the vote.
