BAKER – A family was forced from their home after a fire early Thanksgiving morning in the Baker area.
Firefighters were called out just before 2 a.m., and said when they arrived heavy smoke was filling the home and the family living there had already made it out safely.
Crews found the fire in the front bedroom and were able to keep it there. Investigators said the cause of the fire at this time is undetermined.
The fire did around $25,000 in damage. The Red Cross was called out to assist the family.
