Drunk in Church
A man who was drunk picked the wrong church to attend in Cookeville, Tennessee. As services ended last Wednesday evening, Gregory Wade showed up the Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ smelling of alcohol, unsteady on his feet and with a bottle of beer in his backpack. As he came in, the Sheriff was walking out. Wade was said to be argumentative and was charged with public intoxication. He got ten-days in jail, where he remains.
