Drugs in baby bottle
PHILADELPHIA- A man was convicted of murder for putting heroin and methadone in his baby's bottle to calm him, killing the boy. Orlando Rosado didn't testify at his non-jury trial but his lawyer contends it was an accident while Rosado was having a heroin relapse. The judge says she convicted Rosado because his story kept changing. At one point, he tried to blame his five-year-old daughter when he was questioned by police. He faces 20 to 40 years in prison and will be sentenced in August. The baby died days before his first birthday in May of last year.
