Driving instructor accused of molesting student
BATON ROUGE - Deputies arrested a Baton Rouge driving instructor Wednesday after they say he grabbed a female student’s chest during a driving class.
East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies arrested 59-year-old John Melvin Williams, Sr. for an incident that allegedly happened on Apr. 19.
According to EBRSO, a 16-year-old victim said her mother dropped her off at a local driving academy to complete a required two-hour driving class. While she was driving, Williams made several statements about how he enjoyed sex with younger women.
The victim said Williams called her sexy, and said he wanted to perform oral sex on her even though he was married.
At one point during the drive, the victim said Williams started to make comments about her breasts. Williams then asked to touch her. When the victim refused, she said he grabbed her chest.
Investigators say they made contact with Williams who admitted to telling the victim he wanted to perform oral sex on her. Williams also said he may have accidentally touched the victim’s chest to correct her driving, court documents say.
