Officials say Ashley Posey, 37, was driving the Honda ATV that was pulling the utility trailer. Victoria Farr, 33, rear ended Posey on LA Hwy 1024 near LA Hwy 447.
Police say Posey's trailer wasn't properly lit.
Officials say an adult male passenger in Posey's vehicle had moderate injuries and was air lifted to Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Eleven of the 20 kids on the trailer were treated for minor injuries.
Posey was cited for driving an off-road vehicle on a Louisiana road more than 30 minutes after sunset and not having enough light on her trailer.
