Driver of vehicle that hit State Police trooper will be charged
RUDDOCK - State Police say the driver involved in a crash that closed I-55 North and injured a trooper earlier Friday afternoon will be charged.
The driver was identified as Shane Matecum. He’ll face a careless operation charge, according to LSP.
