Driver of pot RV busted with $500,000 load
GROSSE TETE- Sheriff's deputies in Iberville Parish arrested a man driving an RV through the region loaded with marijuana.
A spokesperson said the man was from California and carrying 100 pounds of high grade, hydroponic weed.
He was pulled over around midnight on I-10 early Friday morning. A deputy said the RV was moving erratically on the road and was pulled over.
The man acted strange and dogs sniffed out the hidden pot. It was wrapped, sealed, and stored in boxes.
The marijuana was worth about $500,000 deputies said.
